Well, we had just arrived my wife and I from a competitor shipping company, we were frustrated and disappointed. Right when we walked in, Mike Field was smiling and just finished with a customer and put our frustrations at ease, we had our hands full with sharpies and tape, and he said don't worry, "We got you covered" it was so relieving because we were just so frustrated and stressed from our last stop. Thanks Mike Field for your smile, conversation and making us felt it was gonna be alright. We thank you and need more people like you in this world.

This FedEx place is amazing. The manager Andrew is awesome and very knowledgeable. The workers are very helpful, patient and polite. The employee Sami is the best.

I recently visited this Fed Ex location and the store was not busy . I went there to mail a package to my aunt. I stood in at the counter for 7 minutes while the I was ignored by the staff. Customer service representative Brittany look at me and ignored me. The sweet professional black lady Michelle was helping everyone, she came over offered her assistance and check me out . Brittany came to the front when a white customer approach the counter and she checked the lady out. I think this location needs some major training in diversity. Customer Service dont have a bias based on ethnicity. I work in healthcare and I help everyone not just black, I help everyone. Fed Ex , America is diverse and the people you hire should assist all customers regardless of ethnicity. This location is sending the wrong message to people of color , such as we dont want help you unless you look a certain way.
