The package required a signature, so I provided exact instructions for delivery, which the driver disregarded completely. There wasnt even an attempted delivery, which forced me to try pick up. At first, the package was to be available by Saturday at this location, but there was a two day delay for some reason. Then once the package arrived, there were more complications. We couldnt pick it up, even though we had IDs and everything. The reason was that the name didnt match, but the addresses did. After emailing this location, they informed us that we could use a picture of the correct names ID along with one the matched the address. Not only did this location completely lie to us, they wasted a lot of time and money. We were unable to pickup after following exact instructions. I changed the rating only because the manager of this store was able to figure this all out. Matt is an angel and a savior, and I cant thank him enough. We attempted to get the package and were denied again at first by one of the employees, but Matt stepped in and saved the day. Thank you so much Matt!!

Printing something from a computer there is a consumer nightmare, and maybe illegal. Theres a charge per minute and per page, and you have to buy time in increments of 5 minutes. So before you start, you have to estimate how much time you will need on the computer and how many pages you will need to print. If you guess wrongsay, it takes longer to log into your emailthen you use up your time, dont have the credit to print, the computer logs you out, and you have to start over. So you have to overestimate how much time/printing you will need, and if you have time left overmoney wasted, or donated to Fedex. By changing from pay per minute, Fedex has found a way to squeeze a few more dollars from each customer. I ended up paying $15 for four copies. Time to buy a printer. Bye, Fedex.

Matt, the manager at FedEx on Speedway in Tucson, did an outstanding job to help us send a heavy box. He met us on the sidewalk and carried the box in, then he walked us through our options, and gave us good advice. Great service. John Bailey
