      • Fish Fear Me Thats Why I Can't Catch'em

        Friendly service and car is ok. Although they are a fine service ...Car Shield denied our claim like they do everyone and Enterprise allowed them to back date the rental and they charged us for a day before they even denied our claim leaving us with a bill when they hadn't even warned or let us know they denied the claim. We had to extend the rental due to car shield.

        Driver couldn't wait. I walked to the enterprise office. They told me my rental was at the other office. Driver was not there to take me to other office so i took uber. This would not be so bad if i had not called 2 days before and was told to come to the first office.
