        The tall handsome fella Austin was very polite! I didnt have a box for my item so he gave me and option that u could pay for There box or if I had a box I could also use that instead if I did not want too pay but I appreciated that he gave me the option instead of trying to just make a sale . He was very considerate! He was very respectful and helpful . I asked if could he tape my package in front of me because I wasnt sure how the process exactly went but he did fulfilled my request so thank you Austin and I appreciate you service . This is a well rounded ups store !

        Lily and Haley were of great service too me when i came in the store yesterday . They were very kind and respectful . I asked a tons of questions being skeptical about my package they both helped me and I was taken well care of . I look forward to continue coming to the ups store !

        The staff is so awesome there. Very efficient and friendly. I will need to catch some names next time Im there & revise this review. When doing an Amazon return I always hope the UPS Store will pop up as an option. So fast and easy.
