        Used to be a good place maybe a year and a half ago but the current employees are slow and inefficient. If you have pre paid packages they make you stand inline instead of having somebody on pre paid duty. This is a pain when you have multiple packages. Many times I've walked in and the kids are doing nothing but looking at their phones. Drive 5 extra minutes and go to the ups hub in elm grove you'll have less headache

        Not very friendly. Kind of grumpy. This one woman. Not sure about UPS Store's in general. I think you might be better off dropping ANY pre-paid OR return packages at a regular UPS facility. I had a $400.00 returns labeled package and they don't know where it's at (i.e. NO scanned movement activity, other than it shows tendered at their store). That's pretty poor service.
