        John and Kristina are awesome to train with, and they go above and beyond to make sure you meet your fitness goals. The workouts and meal plan weren't cookie cutter and were effective for my fitness needs. I highly recommend Influence Fitness and can't wait to come back and work out

        They take their time with you, They really care about your weight loss and all the areas that need to be toned up.. Great with the diet meal plans, work around your schedule! They keep everything very professional. Great place to go if youre serious about losing and toning up!!!
