I had an amazing experience at Peak Physique. Everyone there was so welcoming and was willing to help make sure I was using equipment properly and pushing myself. Full disclosure, I was terrified to step foot into a gym, and the trainers and other members were just like a wonderful and welcoming little family! I cannot say enough good things about Peak!

Participated in the Biggest Loser Challenge and was able to lose almost 15 lbs in a little under 1 month following the recipes they provided. I was only able to make one class, but it kicked my butt and I think I would have had even more weight loss if I could have gotten to more classes. I would highly recommend trying out this gym if you are looking to get started on a healthier you!

I love it at Peak Physique. You get more than just a good work out, you get a whole gym family. The support from the trainers and other members is priceless! From cradio to strength and conditioning to nutrition they offer the whole package!
