My friend and I sat at the bar. The bartender got us a drink and walked away. Didn't ask if we wanted to see a menu. The place wasn't busy at all except for a few of us at the bar. I thought it would be busier during the final four. I believe I know why.
The service is God awful. With it not busy the bartender Didn't spend any time behind the bar and when we got our boneless chicken wings they were very tiny and mostly batter. The couple next to us said the place is notorious for the bad service. The place really went down hill compared to how it used to be.

Waitresses we're not organized. Food was served before appetizers. No utensils were available to eat with and it took awhile before food was served.

I order online for pick up. I was told that they gave away my wings to another customer so I had to wait another 15-20 mins for them to make my order. This is ridiculous, how do you give away someones prepaid order? Improve your poor service, I will not be returning to this location!
