Food definitely needs work. Could tell wings were under heat lamp for while and then just tossed with sauce. Were out of carrots?

Horrible service. 20 minutes in the restaurant and no one has talked to us. We turned around and left. Went to the monona location.

Long time BWW supporter- Visited for supper on 6/17. Hostess pointed to a booth and told us to go to the booth number and couldn't even escort us. The table was gross and had food on it from the last diners. I looked across the dining room and another couple was being seated (by themselves) and they went back to the hostess stand to tell her their table needed to be wiped off also. At that time, we walked out due to the poor conditions. It was not busy or full of patrons. This location unfortunately continues to disappoint.
