Been waiting over an hour for our food and a server came once in the entire time weve been here (about an hour and a half) just to bring us cups. When we asked to refund our food because were now late to where we were going after, they refused. Terrible and slow.

I couldnt tell you how the food was because I waited two hours until I received my food. When I asked for a refund I was not the first to ask for a refund as the man had a pamphlet of names and card numbers from previous refunds that have been asked that night as a former worker and a high capacity service industry job I cant tell you what they were doing in the back but I can tell you that none of the managers were available and Im surprised because Im not sure what they were doing when it came to them being unavailable as no order made it way Im not sure if they ran out of chicken or such but as my man said he cannot control what the cooks do, but neither can the cooks when it comes to getting orders out. No service. Basically you have to look up and place your order on your phone. The wings were cold and salty. Very expensive for the quality and experience.
