The couches and curtains had blood on it, or either some kind of thick red substance that was not thoroughly cleaned from the furniture. They do not have Jacuzzi in the room. It is in the bathroom thats only Madison location. They are false advertising will not give you your deposit back. Rooms: They are horribly cleaned. I highly recommend taking photos before entering and show proof of the timeframe on your phone on video so that way you can assure your check out was a small visor check in because they will blame you for damages that was in the room previously especially those blood written couches in 414 I would highly recommend not Bookin that room

Roaches!!! Horrible customer service nonchalant disrespectful attitudes. Barely can understand English. Uncleaned rooms beds are disgusting! No pool!! Thugs walking around hotel at times! $200 hundred from and a $100 surprise deposit Avoid!!!! Scared to go to sleep!!! Stay away from this nasty drug infested Hotel!!!! Feel like I was scammed!

This was not the ideal place to stay. The room was not stocked properly with towels for 2 people. The door stuck & had to be forced closed. Breakfast was not even close to good. Rooms: Rooms were not good at all. Nothing nearby, not food or anything. I didn't feel safe at all. Nearby activities: None Safety: Didn't feel safe, worried about my vehicle the whole time

I have called the location five times to book a hotel and a man keeps saying Its Marco how may I help you then he proceeds to hang up the phone. This is unacceptable. This is a ghetto location based on the customer service I got on the phone. LaQuinta do better.
