Staff at the hotel were all beyond amazing! Rooms are clean and comfortable, but showing their age. The door to the bathroom did not close all the way nor latch shut; the blackout roller shade was crooked on the roller which allowed the sunlight to flood the room in the morning. These issues were annoying, but not enough to pack up my things and ask for another room. Nevertheless, service is of most importance to me, and because of the great attitude and helpfulness of each and every staff member that I interacted with, I would stay here again.

I am very disappointed with this Four Points. I stay here frequently due to business. If it wasn't for the company footing the bill, I would stay elsewhere. The place constantly smells of Marijuana there is loud music all hours of the night, noisy heaters, I have had stink bugs in each room I've stayed in, and the rooms are poorly lit. The staff in the restaurant is awesome, but the hotel staff lacks customer service skills. The last time I stayed, the internet was down all evening. The next day, someone came into my room to check the internet they used the toilet and urinated on the seat, and left the trash can in the walkway. For nearly $700 for five nights, I expect higher quality than what is provided.
