        I went their the first weekend in January 2024, it snowed then the weather dropped to the negatives, so the pool water was a little cold, pool environment would have been great but there was alot of people staying at the hotel who shouldn't be allowed to stay at the hotel, they were acting ignorant, and if you told them something? It was like the worst thing ever cause they would complain and cry, enough said Rooms: Great awesome beds Nearby activities: You can drive to a kwik trip Food & drinks: Drinks you can buy at hotel

        Location was okay for what we needed and offered a kiddie pool. Hot tub was overtaken with young kids much of the time, despite the signs stating age limitations. Also, too many chemicals probably added to pool (or not enough) because we all got rashes from using the pool and hot tub. Every staff member I encountered was accommodating, professional and kind. The breakfast area was spotless and they offered good food. Also, I appreciated the daily variety of choices. The grandkids had fun making their own pancakes. Our room was damp smelling, so we had to leave the A/C fan running continuously to give it circulation for the entire time we were there. This fan running all the time gave us all sore throats. No fan or ventilation in our bathroom, which added to the dampness. Thank your staff for keeping customers happy with their service and commitment to the guests, but do something about the room air quality and updating the carpeting in rooms.

        Mark and Kristin were super friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and we had a great time. Will definitely come back again. Room was clean. Pool was nice And the 2 staff we interacted with was Profesional friendly and smiley
