Absolutely ridiculous service, 15 minutes to order my food at the money board for one vehicle in front of me. Been here for over a half hour and I still haven't gotten my food yet.

Arguably the worst Taco Bell I've ever experienced or been to in my life. My standards were already low coming in but holy hell is it appalling how bad this place is. Ive been there multiple times and its horrendous. The tortilla chips in the nacho bell grande tasted like they were decades old and the dish was truly disgusting. My girlfriend and I immediately spit it out. Each distinct menu item offered at this location seems to have very few, if any, actual ingredients in them to consume. The crunchwrap Supreme is simply just lettuce and tortilla. The beefy 5 layer burrito is a mushy, gelatinous mess. The doritos locos tacos are only filled halfway, even with the deluxe option selected. We asked point blank for sauce packets and never received them. No napkins or anything of the like. This location is simply a trash place with even worse service to offer. Just take another few seconds to go to Wendy's down the road where they actually give you what you pay for. You'll be far happier with that decision instead.
