Taco Bell

Stopped by around 9:30pm through drive through. Was told they were temporarily closed for 15 minutes and that they couldnt take our order. Now this is not the first time this happened. Its happened before multiple times with different excuses each time. Then when we drive ahead we see an employee on her phone leaning on the front counter without a care in the world as she watched us drive away. Taco Bell you are wasting your money on employees like these who ultimately make sure you dont get any business or profit by sending customers away. Anyways, Burger King next door saved the night and their customer service was immaculate.

We have been waiting for our food for at least 20 minutes. they were very rude and when I needed to ask for another cup because i ordered 3 and only got 2, i had to sit there and wait at the counter for 10 minutes. they walked past and saw me but never asked what i needed. I had to rudely interrupt them and ask for another cup. There was 3 people working and only one of them was cooking while the other sat on their phone.

Online states they close at 4am pulled into the drive thru at 2:50 am. All of the workers were outside smoking with the back door open.. called and everything, once we gave up and pulled out the parking lot they also pulled up behind us about to leave

My boyfriend and I ordered from here often but the past few weeks hqve been trash at this store. Now we can't seem to get anyone through the drive through or even our orders through the app as they are always closed before they're normal times.

Got 2 taco Supreme, and there were literally 3 tiny pieces of tomato. There's no customer service with the electronic ordering. Fast food sucks now days. You fast food owners are ruining the experience by trying to have less employees and not paying employees a decent wage.
