McDonald's

As a long time customer I was great I stopped at the once golden arches to find that computerized human interaction, Their Keosk programing sucked but what is worse is there is a he.p button for people who have trouble ordering to push, I waited 5 to 10 minutes for someone to come. Many employees walking back and forth, A couple of them even look over at me, Still no one shewed up to help me place an order, Well Macdonald, next time I'm traveling down the road and feel the hunger pangs, I certainly won't be stopping by you.

Excellent service. Food was done quickly & right. Ordered on the their inside menu where you do it yourself. Food was hot & delicious

3 people standing behind the counter doing nothing and only the kiosks are open to order. I don't work for McDonald's, I don't get paid to push buttons. Do your job, take my order. Don't stand there watching people struggle. I'm supposed to order food for my entire family searching through this? I don't have all day.

Very good customer service, food was fresh. 5 Stars for the boy taking my order. Very polite with great attitude. I received everything I ordered in a timely manner. Keep up the good work!!!

My wife came through the drive through and never got a happy meal that was ordered. She assumed it was in the bag. She called the store and was told it would be remade (no apology) I go there and the drive through person was a bit short with me bc he kept asking if I wanted to buy a kids meal. After he finally understood I was there to pick up he told me to pull to lane 2 (no apology). A woman came out shortly after and handed me a kids meal without a word and started to walk away. I told her an apology would be nice and she threw her hands up and said "I'll get terry". A few minutes later a manager who I'm assuming is Terry came and asked me if I still had a problem. I told him that the staff was rude and a simple apology goes a long way. He replied saying "so you made me come out just for an apology?" I said I just want him to make things right bc at this point it's going on 40 min and my food is getting cold bc they forgot the kids meal. He said there wasn't anything he can do. I asked his name and he said he wasn't allowed to tell me. I told him it's fine I have a reciept and corporate can easily find out who the mod was. He said good luck with that and walked away. no apology
