        I am very disappointed in Stonehouse's very recent rent increase of $100/month for a 1-bedroom apt. It's supposed to be affordable housing. No utilities included.

        Fair Oaks Apts. have become too party-like and noisy after 10 pm.  No concern about the noise laws....at least on the 4th floor.  Not an ideal spot for someone beyond those college party years.

        I had a short notice to move and Stone House Development, specifically Lydia Foss Marketing Coordinator, was so helpful answering any of my questions in a very timely matter. Recommended places based off my qualifications and my wants/budget and helped me in a short time find an apartment. Highly recommend!

      Hello Philbo – There are multiple factors that impact how rent increases are calculated. This is based off market trends for comparable apartments within the area, income limits for the property, and inflation. New income limits were released by Wheda in April and were much higher then we typically see, which impacts rental rates. As for the utilities included, Fair Oaks includes water, sewer, trash removal, and internet. For your convenience, I have included a link to the latest income limit increases from Wheda below.
