        MPG decided to close the dog run in one of their apartment buildings and disallow dogs from being in the buildings courtyard with no advance notice to tenants. Many tenants chose to live in that building for this amenity. They did not cite specific reasons, provide transparent communication, or agree to a rent reduction.

        Worst experience EVER! Apartment needed repair in June. They were kind and said we will fix it but end of August. I said sure not a problem I will wait. End of August, we received an email letting us know that they no more own and manage the building. SHAME!!!
