    I rented a 1-bedroom apartment at 30 S Broom St, Madison, WI, for 5 years and recently moved out as I relocated to another state. I would certainly have continued to stay there otherwise. The apartment was quite nice and had good amenities. The rent was very reasonable, was inclusive of heating/cooling, electricity, water, garbage disposal costs, and remained almost the same over the years. The location is also great, in a quiet, walkable neighborhood, and with shops and other places very close by. Some examples, with approximate walking distance in miles are as follows. Capitol Square (0.2), Capitol Market (0.2), CVS S Bedford St (0.3), Southwest Commuter Path (0.3), Walgreens E Main St (0.4), Fedex Print & Ship (0.4), Overture Center (0.4), State Street (0.4), Target State St (0.5), Monona Terrace (0.5), Fresh Madison Fresh Market (0.6), Kohl Center (0.6), USPS N Lake St (0.6), East Campus Mall (0.7), Library Mall (0.7), Brittingham Park (0.8), Memorial Union Terrace (0.8), etc. The property manager, Josh, is very friendly and takes good care of tenants' requests. All of my requests for apartment maintenance were promptly taken care of, even those made with only a few days remaining before the end of the lease. The move out experience was very nice too, and I got my full security deposit back in a few days. Josh also gave a great rental reference for me to my future landlords. I enjoyed my stay at this place, its convenient location, and the excellent management team. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a home.

    Loved renting through Greenbush! Lived in one of their properties for two years with my roommates, and they were always extremely helpful with everything we emailed about. Maintenance requests were always addressed promptly and correspondence was always extremely polite! Definitely hoping to rent from them again in the future!!
