I have lived at the arbor hills Apartments since 2012. Management has always been kind and prompt to return calls. They are very understanding if you are upfront with financial problems and late rent payments. Of course there is a late fee, which is to be expected. The location is super convenient to hop on the beltline. West towne mall about 7 minutes, 10 minutes to downtown, and about 20 minutes to East towne mall. The 2 bedroom apts have an awesome, separate laundry with storage room/lg closet. Rent is very reasonable for the apt sizes, amenities ( pool and workout room), heat, water and sewer included!! The a.c. isnt the best and doesnt ever get cool air to the bedrooms, but that is more of a design flaw when they were built ( they are in an E shape). Living room is super spacious. In the past yr or two they have the option of downloading an app to pay rent online and for maintenance requests. I work nights, and the staff makes sure to do their best to ALWAYS accommodate any times they need to enter the apt or do maintenance. Requests are answered and dealt with quickly. Crimes can happen anywhere you live. I can say I've never felt unsafe coming from the parking lot to the building doors, and im often leaving and coming home late at night or early in the morning from work. The one thing I wish they'd ease up on is background checks/criteria for rental acceptance. Ive had a few friends or coworkers apply and get denied d/t background checks and for charges that've happened many years prior. Overall, I've had a great experience here. Im not looking to move anytime soon. This is home. I would recommend Arbor Hills.

We have lived here for a year. And since we moved a year ago they fitted us with some old lamps that didn't work, they didn't give them broken ones in the kitchen and we already have the year here and they still haven't changed it and I go to the office we make the complaints and they don't pay attention to any of them. What we tell you today, Sunday, January 14, we don't even have heating, the house is completely cold and I have a little girl. Super bad services here. Sincerely.

We lived here for a year and some change. After the year was up, we received our lease renewal the day the decision was due, leaving us with no choice but to renew. Nic was great like everyone else has said, but hes since left the company. Ruth is amazing, though. We couldnt have made it without her. The noise level in our specific building was quite annoying. Between people having parties in their apartments and at the pool area, smoking out of the windows, to people blaring music so loud at 3am that you have to go downstairs to ask them to turn it down, and occasionally having to call the police to at least have a chance at sleep for work. But it became a whole different ballgame when we found a rodent issue. We immediately left as soon as we saw it, but had to leave our cat. They told us they contacted pest control. Fortunately our cat killed it, but it laid where it passed for 3+ days after we had taken our cat with us back to the hotel to await word from the complexs office. We came home after being informed pest control had come. They set sticky traps in the baseboard vents, where the rodent entered the apartment. They also placed another trap by the stove. A month later, another rodent. At that point, we spoke with Ruth to see if there was a possibility of getting out of our lease early. Thankfully, we were able to end early with no further obligations. We also received back most of our deposit, besides a cleaning fee, which is understandable as it was a very quick move.

Had a terrible experience living here. Management cooperated with us to move out early. I have nightmares from this place. If you want a comfortable living environment and feel like you are welcomed this is not the place to rent from. I would drop more details, but I understand how business works.
