    Great and peaceful community. I appreciate the fact that they really do take pride in the up keep of the grounds, very impressive and this is where I call home. (smile) Front office is amazing and Nikole made my moving effortless. Thank you guys so very much and once again I am proud to call Glacier Valley home.

    I have really enjoyed living here. It is mostly quiet and provides a place for rest and relaxation away from the workplace and life commitments. I love my floor plan and the apartment is huge compared to my previous two places (though those were both in a much larger metropolitan area). The office staff and maintenance team are also fantastic, very responsive to needs in my experience. Having a spot to park in the garage is really important to me in Wisconsin winters as well. Last winter, however, I found the snow removal service that was contracted for the complex did not complete their work in a timely manner, which is critical for many people to get to work on time as "essential workers". When anyone could be relying on me to help them on any given day in the course of my career, I need to be able to get to them, which means getting to work. I'm sure plenty of my neighbors work in similar fields and also need to get to work every shift without exceptions. No problems yet this year, but no big snow falls. *Fingers crossed* So, here's why I'm not at a 5 star rating: The cost of rent. You get what you pay for in life, but I'm paying for it. The counter I'm often given is that prices are respectable to other comprable apartments in the area. Possibly, but when I searched for a place when moving here in late summer 2022, this was the most expensive that I found in the area. Some would say I shouldn't have moved in if rent was that costly, but it's become a much larger concern with the increase on the lease renewal that will add up to almost $2k for the year. If this is a yearly occurence, they lose many good residents including myself. I don't fault the on-site apartment staff for the price of rent by any means because it isn't their doing, but I'm sure the Wangard organization is making big money off a lot of hard-working people who are just trying to get ahead. Maybe this is simply "business" to them, but it's businesses like that with no concern for the people they "serve", that cause me to lose my faith in humanity.

    My wife and I have called Gracier Valley "home" for over four years. Our two-bedroom apartment is great! We knew right away Glacier Valley was the right choice after our visit with the manager and taking a tour of the complex and grounds with one of their professional staff members. The Glacier Valley staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The complex has many options regarding the size & location of your apartment and parking. Many tenants have pets and Glacier Valley is super pet-friendly. The staff do a great job monitoring cleanliness and animal waste pick-up around the premises. Other pluses: We feel safe here. You don't have to deal with lawn mowing or snow removal. I highly encourage a visit to Glacier Valley if you're considering a housing change.
