Kennedy Manor Apartments

Considering that this is Madison, WI in the 21st century, its great. The low turnover attests to that. Some of the changes- such as the closure of the restaurant-are unfortunate- as are the creeping rents, and the tendency toward the school year contracting practices that have turned the area into a high priced student slum- threaten the quality and environment of this establishment.

Beautiful apartments inside and out! Love the Elevators! This building takes you back in time to the Al Capone days! You feel it as soon as you walk in!

I am writing this as a neighbor of these apartments. Upon initial inspection you would think this is a classy establishment run by classy people. However, it is impossible to contact the management team and you are always routed to an after hours answering service, even from 9-5. The manager of this place who I will not name is well known to place stickers on the windows of vehicles that are parked in their lot (which I have never seen full) and are non-removable. After permanently damaging my vehicle she refused to cover the cost of replacing it even after I made an effort to reach a 3rd party settlement (75 bucks!). She dodged my calls for over a month and made all kinds of false promises (call me back, pay for the new window, look at the damage, etc.). I can only imagine what type of property manager she must be after displaying that kind of immaturity and disrespect. Overall, as a neighbor I was incredibly disappointed by the utter lack of class demonstrated by the management and feel that their team is a disgrace to Madisonians as a whole. I wouldn't fork over my hard earned money to such a poorly run team under any circumstances.
