Midtown Reserve

A wonderful place to live! Apartments are sleek and quality, management is kind and communicative, and maintenance requests were dealt with in a timely manner. Lived here for two years and enjoyed every minute of it. No negatives!

This apartment has been wonderful to live in throughout the pandemic. It's clean, well maintained, and in a peaceful neighborhood. The property manager, Sherry, has been very attentive and prompt whenever we've needed anything fixed at the apartment. The common room is always stocked with hot beverage items like tea, coffee, etc. and often has other drinks. Other amenities include the garage - which is a godsend during the winter - and the utility carts along with the elevator are great when returning from grocery shopping. Also, there's a car and a dog wash station in the garage which works great for keeping both cars and pets clean. And there's a huge storage closet next to the assigned parking spot - in addition to the closets inside the apartment unit. The gym next to the common room is great to go to if you want to go for a run or do some weight training in winter time, and next to it is the mail area. I've never had issues with missing letters or packages, and it's easy to buzz people like delivery drivers or visitors in using the phone app or giving them temporary codes they can use. All the appliances are pretty new as are the apartments, and the building was well constructed in terms of insulation and sound barriers - so even when our dog barks, we can't hear him much outside the unit. All in all, we've felt very safe and catered to while living here and we'd stay here if we didn't have to relocate to a different part of the country. I cannot recommend the Midtown Reserve apartments or Sherry enough!

Im going to miss this apartment complex when I move out. Definitely a hidden gem. The complex is kept very clean, the management folks are lovely to work with, the maintenance team is quick and responsive to requests. Its a very secure place to live.

Modern, clean, comfortable and convenient. The building managers are very helpful and responsive and provide some nice amenities on site. Tenants are friendly and pets are welcome. Overall great place to live!
