We showed up for our appointment and couldnt find our leasing agent we waited outside where she told us to meet her for 20 minutes while calling the office to find her and she didnt respond to our emails after the 10 call or so she answer and tells us she told us she waited 15 minutes then told us she only stayed they from 10:30 to 10:40 and we arrive in the predetermined time

Ive lived here 2 years now and have really enjoyed it. We were looking for an affordable place with an in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and covered parking. This hit all those boxes and was the most affordable apartment we found in Madison. I work at UW hospital and the drive is very reasonable, 10-12 minutes depending on the time of day. We chose a 2 bedroom and our guests often comment about how much space we have. It can get pretty hot in the summer without central air, but we were willing to sacrifice this for how reasonable the rent is. When we have maintenance concerns we get help promptly which I really appreciate.

Very good atmosphere around, in the center of city hence easy access to Malls and other essential stores with affordable rent structure. Management is good and is quick to respond to all the requests in no time. I would recommend this place to rent :)
