    Dont rent here. They are way overpriced. They will gouge you when you move out yet when you need something fixed, they wont fix it or theyll take months to do it. Had a leak in my garage ceiling after moving in. Took numerous contacts before they ever even investigated it. It became a huge black mold problem before they ever did anything. Then cut a huge hole in the ceiling - never covered the whole, and left a huge mess in the garage floor - never cleaned up. They have a gym but only let one person use it at a time.

    Ill be updating my review throughout the rest of my lease!!!!!WARNING:Do not rent from this place!Ive lived here for 6 years !They automatically renewed our lease because we were a day late. And increased our rent $500 a month! We are currently trying to buy a house in the worst market to buy a house in. We have two kids, me and my fianc in a two bedroom. Paying 1920 a month as of them automatically renewing our lease !their apartment remodeling is a joke. My six-year-old son could probably do better. a few weeks back when it snowed really bad. They waited till 1 PM to plow and shovel the sidewalks there. Which I will add got my vehicle stuck! One of my neighbors that I help carry her groceries in because shes older was outside shoveling her driveway to get out of her garage ! She didnt need to do that! on their website says they have a pool and a fitness area. They are not free. You have to pay $50 for a card to get into these areas. Fun fact you may not know but the residents that live there do. You know the keys the office give you for the front door and your apartment ?! You notice how both unlock both doors?! Guess what I figured this out my first week living here ..they unlock all the doors in that building! Old neighbor moved in and he mentioned to me so I was like what?! So he used his keys to unlock my apartment and it opened!!! Dont u feel safe and secured?! Nice cozy feeling isnt ?! In all honesty, they dont even deserve the star. They deserve zero nothing because thats the way they treat the residents that live there like theyre nothing !!!!! Just dollar signs not people. !!!!!

    I wasn't going to leave a review but this place can be so u professional at times. I just moved out mid October and recently received my security deposit. I noticed that almost $400 was taken out of my deposit for "repainting walls due to smoke" I emailed the leasing office because I did not smoke in the apartment I was told it was from candle smoke and more than 80% of the apartment was damaged. I was shocked by this because I rarely used candles. So I requested quotes, receipts, and pictures to support the claim. I only received a quote without the company name, no receipts and only 2 photos( one of the top of the front closet and one of the top of living room. Now here's the issue: 1. That was not 80% of the apartment walls and ceilings 2. They only paint over the smoke damage so there's a possibility it could bleed through paint meaning it could have been damage from a previous tenant. 3. The first coat was $300 but a second coat of 80% of the walls and ceilings were $375. I asked for more information because the photos were not adequate evidence for the claim they made. The leasing office never emailed me back after an entire week. They never explained why a second coat is slightly more expensive either. This is not to mention that they will continue your lease if they don't renewal response from you. They do not warn you of this in the letter nor online. You'll have to read through the renewal forms to know. Their maintainence guys are great but the process to get things fixed is not. I waited an entire onth to have my washer and dryer fixed. I had to email them twice and call them to find out they never put my apartment on their "maintenance board ". When they did replace the washer and dryer. I was told that the dryer had water in the air vent or it couldnt get air flow. This is a fire hazard and was never resolved in the two years i was there. So I would say avoid this place unless you are good at taking pictures and keeping all your documents. They may not always be truthful.

We contact all households up for renewal several times by email, door postings and certified mail and have done so for the six years you have made your home here at Lincoln Ridge. We are unable to provide any one household special treatment or an exception in regard to a missed renewal.
