        Elevate was my first apartment complex I lived in when I made the move to Madison. It was a very welcoming community with helpful building managers. My girlfriend and I lived there for almost 2 years and have nothing but great memories of the time we spent there. Not only was it a great living space, but it had plenty of amenities and positives in the building. Thank you to everyone at RMK for making the early move-out as convenient and non-painful as possible.

        Nice, quiet, clean place to live. Apartments are really modern and updated, staff is very friendly and helpful. Move in was easy.

        Writing a review again as it seems this place deleted my original review. If that is true, just shows how little they care. Apartments themselves are fine. Very grey/white and boring though, but pretty typical modern apartment. Paper-thin walls, will hear your neighbors if they're loud. My boyfriend at the time lived here for over a year, and visited him often here. PARKING. Okay, they make you pay to park in the garage. That is understandable if this place was downtown, a place you don't need a car to do anything, but this place is out in the middle of a suburban office park with little bus service. You'll need a car here sadly, but they dont have enough surface parking, and guests cant even park in the lot, so you get far away street parking that fills up also. Every time I would visit my boyfriend I would just ride my bike here instead because of this. Dont charge your residents to park in a parking garage in the middle of car-dependency and not offer enough surface parking. Also, don't delete reviews...

If any of your previous reviews were deleted it would most likely have been removed by the public forum as a potential violation of their published standards. Regarding parking, while we understand your concerns, the community does offer a sizable surface parking lot with 105 parking stalls available for our residents. Additionally, we provide complimentary temporary parking passes for guests such as yourself to use those spaces. Our garage parking is an optional amenity, and while almost all apartment communities in our area also charge for the space, we feel it provides flexibility and convenience for our resident family. By the way, another advantage is that the local bus line stops right at our entrance.Please know that we take pride in maintaining transparency and addressing any concerns or issues raised by reviewers, whether positive or negative. Your positive comments on our apartments were greatly appreciated and serve as motivation for us to continue our quest to deliver exceptional service daily.Patrick and The Elevate Management Team
