        9.9/10!!!! Great location, quiet, only 10 minutes from East Towne Mall, friendly neighbors, lawn care is done weekly, management replies quickly, maintenance reacts quickly to items that need to be fixed, and plenty of parking. Only complaint would be the tight space in the parking garage, but its not impossible just tight.

        Not very pleased with the company so far, and havent even moved in yet. Certainly not the nicest people, and are given wrong information, then basically told to deal with it. Honestly already looking forward to moving out. Businesses that are supposed to help people shouldnt be mean, rude, and generally uncaring.
