I was nervous to apply considering the multiple bad reviews about the previous property manager, but the new manager Shannon has been very helpful and kind during our application process.

We moved to the Adria for the location and luxury style we wanted. When we moved in, 5 months ago, we had our new reason to stay - we had the pleasure of meeting the new property manager, Shannon! Shannon is what makes living here enjoyable and the reason for staying. She is knowledgeable and quick to address any issues that we have had. How she is always friendly while what it appears to us as doing the job of 2 or 3 people is unbelievable and outstanding! When looking for a place with a great property manager, look for Shannon here at the Adria.

I have had the pleasure of renting from Adria and I love our property manager Shanon. I must say she is an excellent landlord. Shanon is kind, accommodating, and always quick to address any issues that I may have. Her friendly demeanor and professionalism make renting from her a truly enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Shanon as a landlord to anyone looking for a great place to live. The Adria building has the best location and the amenities are top notch. S/O to Shanon also she had the best candy at the front desk Im always there. Haha

My spouse and I recently toured one of the apartments here and they were fantastic! Shannon was so helpful and kind and made the whole process really enjoyable! If the building and apartment weren't so perfect, Shannon would have been the reason why we wanted live here so badly! Unfortunately, my spouse's job has a relocating, but if anyone is looking for a great building and an even better property manager, I would pick this place!

I've lived here since day 1 of it opening and it's nice. The gym is by far the best in Madison and the views of the lake are great. The new property manager Shannon knows her stuff and has gone out of her way to help me and other residents.
