West Haven Village apartments is a great place to live! They have great spacious layouts, most with large decks, and tons of amenities. They have an outdoor pool and sand volleyball court in the courtyard as well as a small gym (wish it was bigger) and clubhouse. The gym only has two or so machines, I think one is a treadmill and the other is an elliptical, then some hand weights. The location is decent too, it's close to some chain restaurants and grocery stores, but nothing super local feeling. My favorite thing about the location is being a 5 minute walk away from an Ice Age Trail trailhead. The staff here are also super nice! They're very responsive and get to know your names quickly :) love living here!

I have lived here since Aug. 2020 and could not be happier!
The building is quiet and secure, safe and well lit parking right out front, and overall great.
Sarah has been nothing but inviting and wonderful as a property manager!! I treasure the cute cards and treats at my door on holidays

I lived in this property for 4 years, these are honestly overpriced apartments with old amenities. We had mold growing in our bathrooms, closets, and windows. Maintenance would take weeks to repair something. For two years there were squirrels living in the roof on top of our unit. They took two years to repair it, after constant sleepless nights and loud noise from squirrels scratching on the roof. The last year we lived there, a new property manager came into place, Sarah Vaughn. She was rude and not helpful to any of our unit concerns. She ended up unfairly charging us for repairs when we moved out. We lived there for 4 years, the apartments are old and honestly falling apart. I do not recommend living here especially if youre a person of color because your complaints will be ignored by the property manager Sarah and Founders3.

Most pleasant apartment experience Ive ever had. Well-maintained property, timely maintenance staff, helpful people in the office, and reasonably priced! I love my apartment and the setting so much that I resigned my lease twice Ive never rented anywhere more than a year before this!
