Extremely slow and employees cant answer the simplest questions.

No one speaks English, no one answers the phone. Avoid Wells.

Words can't describe how unprofessional how bais this bank Is towards a certain race of people if I could give them -000 stars I would it is a shame honestly is.

Customer service is poor and slow. Also, dont try calling because you wont get through to anyone.

Everyone I've dealt with at this bank has bad attitudes, and when you call them they talk to you like you're a problem and not a customer, then hang up on you promptly.
