Ignore the 1-Star reviews by individuals. The name says it all; this is a BUSINESS bank. We opened 3 new accounts, implemented 2 remote deposit scanners, and lockbox services through FBB and it was a snap. Customer Service like no other. We used to wait days for our bank to respond to our messages, but with FBB, we generally hear back within minutes!

Extremely unpleasant and unprofessional customer service was talked down to and belittled because i wanted to set up an appointment to cash a check that a client of there's issued she said they have no obligation to anybody who is not a client of the bank I was told by ladie named ann "there is no do diligence required on there part" as she repeatedly laughed as I tryed to have her clarify the standard procedure of that bank and why I would cash a check only to receive a undisclosed amount and they would write me a check for the remaining amount...
Why would I cash a check just to receive another check
