        When I arrived, workers were being incredibly unprofessional. I saw and heard workers talking about customers, avoiding their jobs, coughing out into the open space, talking about ME while I was being helped, and more. This is ridiculous BMO. STEP IT UP.

        Ive been to 3 branches in 2 days to get a new debit card after somebody hacked my card number. Everyone here pushes off the work and nobody actually helps. Worst bank Ive ever dealt with. I will be closing my account if I can actually get somebody to do their job and assist me.
