        Really poor customer service. Had to wait for one hour to do a small transaction with the banker. Only one banker here on Saturday. Never coming to this branch again!!

        DO NOT BANK AT ANY BMO!!!! So my 90 yo father got a Zelle fraud charge of $3500- he doesn't have Zelle. We called that same day to report it as it was a PENDING charge. Dad checks his bank accounts daily so he immediately saw the transaction. Now BMO fraud dept says it was my dad's fault and won't help him get his money back! Dad needs to call police! Ridiculous

        My banker, Cindy Gonzalez, is the absolute best !! Shes knowledgeable, personable, and timely. Couldnt ask for a better banker! Would highly recommend this branch to anyone in the area.

        Cynthia was super nice. We got our accounts setup when we were told to make an appointment at Chase. Nathan the branch manager introduced himself too. Super friendly branch and happy to be a part of BMO Harris
