I lived at Prairewalk for about a year and half, and overall had an "okay" experience. The office staff are wonderful to work with, but maintenance was slow and inattentive. The units themselves are nice enough but certainly not worth the premium rent that is being charged. I would also note that we had very noisy neighbors, and the units are far from sound-proof.
Our rent increased about 20% each time we renewed with no explanation other than "market rates." We were also nickel-and-dimed once we left, with massive cleaning charges taken from our security deposit.

Great experience
I viewed a one bedroom at Prairie walk and fell in love with the apartment and community. The apartment was modern, spacious and quiet. The construction was solid which ensured no noise. Another added bonus is it is very close to a grocery store and cafe. I submitted an application that day. The approval was quick. Additionally, Jack and Elena were great through the lease process. They were attentive to my needs and professional with each interaction.
If you are looking for a contemporary, quiet apartment complex situated in beautiful neighborhood, this complex is for you.

All the staff at the leasing office is highly professional and always willing to help. They are patient and attentive to the questions and needs. Maintainace staff is very helpful and attentive to the needs. They do not make you feel negative and finish jobs in timely manner and take whatever time is needed to do it right. I complement Jason Elaina jack at the leasing office and Mark in repairs. Thank you guys.
