National Car Rental

Did not rent the car from this location, but returned it there. Left my aunglasses in the car (100% my fault), noticed as soon as I got through security, callwd them and they said they would go out and grab them and would call me back. They didn't, I waited a few days and called them and they didn't have them. They're thieves, plain and simple. Whatever you do, don't leave anything you remotely care about in the vehicle when returning to this location.

This location is a joke. Always an excessive wait to get a car. Having a confirmation number doesn't even guarantee they will have a car for you. It's really not a good spot.

Both of my recent rentals have caused me to wait in line an excessive amount of time (45 minutes and an hour respectively) just to get to the counter and began a process that in itself takes way longer than any other National counter I use. It doesnt add to the mood when the people at the counter complain to everyone about how all the flights arrive at the same time, like its somehow the customers fault. In the future, Ill likely either try to fly to a different regional airport or use another provider when my travels take me to the Fox Valley area.
