        The Budget location I went to was great and I got good service BUT I prepaid for 10 days after hitting a deer and not having a car. My insurance company moved quickly and I was able to buy a car within a few days. So I returned the rental after 3 days and was not able to get refunded at all for the remaining 7. A complete rip off, theres no reason why they needed to keep my money. $700 for a 3 day car rental? Thats insane.

        After a shaky start ( not enough credit on card to hold rental), David worked with me, so I was able to rent a car for the weekend. When I dropped off the car, my personal vehicle wouldn't start. I had to leave it there for 3 days, before I could get that taken care. Nothing but the best customer service.
