I just became a student here and I absolutely love it. All of the teachers and staff have been super nice and inclusive. I wouldnt want to study anywhere else. Ms Shavon, Ms Amanda, and Ms Julie are all experts of their fields and their willingness to teach you what they know is unlike any school in the area. Their owner Dave personally did my intake and it was filled with great conversation and passion. Following that Malerie their admissions person made applying very user friendly, and the communication was unlike any communication I have had from a school before. I am so happy with my choice.

Brought 3 girls in for hair cuts/styles, mini manicures and mini facials. It was an awesome experience for them. Ava and Emma worked on my girls hair and nails and they were great with both of them. I wish I got the name of the ladies doing their facials because they were amazing too. Huge thank you to the staff for fixing my middle kiddos nail that she was extremely upset about. They all left extremely happy we definitely will have to do this again.

This is one of the worst experiences that Ive had at a beauty school. I had requested a root touch up. The student was sniffling over me the whole time -without a mask. She began to section my hair in a way that Id never experienced before. So, it was odd. After returning home, I noticed spots that were totally missed -still gray spots. I called to request the services be re-done. Also, requested a different student provide the services. I was told that theyd have to call corporate to get it okd and they would get back to me. I received a message from someone who didnt leave their name. So I returned the phone call and talked with Julie. She had no idea of why I was calling. So, I explained to her again what the issues were. She said shed have to get back to me. She never called back. I ended up leaving 2 more voicemail messages to no avail. I just called again, and asked to speak to an instructor/manager. She knew exactly why I was calling. And told me that corporate would not approve getting my services re-done with a different student. So, I asked if I could make the appointment with the original student, and she told me no. The student didnt feel comfortable re-doing my hair. The communication at this school is subpar. You get a lot of answering machine messages, followed with NOT calling back the customer. Will never go back, nor recommend them as a school, nor having services done. Their prices are high too.

Great place to come and get your hair, nails and skin worked on. The students really listen and give you a great service!
