        Called to let them know I was running 5 minutes behind my scheduled appointment. I didn't think it'd be a big deal since I usually spend 5-10 minutes waiting in the lobby after checking in. I was told rather rudely that my appointment was being canceled and I'd have to reschedule. I'll be wearing a hat until I find a new barbershop

        im looking for a new barber, but after reading responses to customer reviews that are signed the maintenance man i wont be making an appointment because the business owner criticizes and belittles customers for their feedback instead of taking ownership for their mistakes. sad first impression.
