        The receptionist canceled my appt I made under my mom's account when my mom made an additional appt took off of work for nothing I'm sure other salons will appreciate my $200

        Came in to buy $130 shampoo and scheduled an appt a week later came in for my appt and it was canceled if your receptionists don't know how to do their job you need new ones

        I called to schedule a facial and the person who answered my call, must have been having a bad day. She was quite rude and could have been helpful with an alternate Salon Aura for a facial like maybe the Neenah location. I Googled it and was able to find what I needed. It really stinks that a pricey Salon wouldn't provide customer service to a would be potential client!!! You lose.
