        I was here visiting a friend and came to the conclusion that this is not for me. I am attracted to ha ing most household items such as lawn maintenance, exterior maintenance etc taken care of but these are town homes and are too close for me!         Typical sales. Make it sound grand. Took 6 months toove in. And, there is so much sloppy work done!! Today we found out they never put in dryer vents on roof. Our row of townhouses have leaks!! The front yard is terrible. They left rocks in the soil so the sod is not taking. Floors creek in our house bad. Drywall and finishing sloppy. The list is long. And our road sign is incorrect!
