The Communities of Burwell

Absolutely ridiculous.. as one who worked closely to the public figures to this community Im disappointed. Our deck is two colors of brown and one blue. No resolution to the deck being fixed. Our basement door doesnt shut completely seal wise. Also it flooded once. And around us has. Our garage door isnt fixed. It took a couple times of a place in my garage ceiling to fall on my car for them to fix it. Our brick in the front isnt fixed after the builder pointed it out. Our flooring has been fixed multiple times from spots constantly having issues. Our master bedroom window doesnt like to lock completely without force. Weve been in this house for almost two years and they refuse to fix our issues. Weve messaged builder trend and reached out with nothing. Do yourself the favor and avoid it.

Not really sure what I moved intowe were supposed to have amenities in the neighborhood but theres nothing and Ive lived here for over a year.have yet to be contacted for my one year walk throughI loved my realtor Brittany Newman but the builder is not someone I would recommendI have a leak in my bedroom that hasnt been fixed and my outside spickets leak as well and nothing.
