The absolute poorest quality and their version of support is call the warranty number.
Electric was not wired properly (breaker constantly trips).
We had no cold water in the kitchen sink until we figured out one of the valves was left off or closed.
The grading / sod placement in the yard was beyond ridiculous.
Our driveway separated from the house within a week. They re-poured asphalt (with no contact for us to know, so we pulled into fresh laid asphalt) but only over a spot so we now have an uneven drive and they say theyll do a top coat later.
Paint on the floor which comes up easily enough but youd think for the price of a brand new home there would be better quality.
2 shades of concrete used on sidewalk they had to replace because of cracking (less than a week old).
Poor products (hole in screen door, door hinges, etc.
If you are willing to pay high prices for poor quality, shop Ryan.

We gave lived here for a year now, in a single family house. The homes are really nice and they actually have used the space to its full potential.
There are no activities or anything, but the homes are really nice.

So far our experience with Ryan Homes has been excellent, primarily because of the agent we've been working with, Audra Jacob. She is the consummate professional, attentive, courteous and responsive in a timely manner. Ms. Jacob has instilled confidence in our doing business with Ryan Homes. Though our home has yet to be completed, we are very pleased with our experience so far and confident we will be delivered a quality home within the projected timeframe, or at least close to it.
