Quality Inn

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with them. My friend and I booked a room at Quality Inn through the Agoda website and paid with a credit card. Upon check-in, although our reservation was on file, the receptionist insisted on using my friend's credit card for 'verification purposes.' Despite explaining that we had already been charged by Agoda, they proceeded to charge us again for the reservation amount, claiming it was just a temporary hold. When we later contacted them, they adamantly refused to refund the duplicate charge. We then had to reach out to Agoda for assistance. Dealing with Agoda's customer service involved numerous frustrating phone calls and emails, but eventually, they did refund the double charge. Needless to say, I won't be choosing Quality Inn for any future reservations.

Do not stay!!! The worst hotel. Youre better off staying in a tent. They charged us twice and wont refund. We stayed with our dog and had a disgusting room. It smelled bad, the carpet and furniture were dirty and broken. Breakfast was disgusting. Coffee was dirty water. DO NOT STAY!

Do not stay here!! Woke up to a roach crawling on the bed and some on the TV cabinet after midnight. Notified the front desk and addressed the Manager the following morning. He never apologized for the inconvenience and didn't address the infestation. In addition, I was told the 2nd night could not be refunded because they already closed the books for that day. Such a poor response to a serious issue and inconvenience. We spent the rest of the night washing clothes at a laundromat and finding a new hotel. This experience was the worst in all my years of traveling!

I've been here multiple times in the last 6yrs. At least seventy times due to business. A couple of years ago, capital improvements were made to the outside and the lobby, but for the most part, the rooms have stayed the same. The main reason for staying here so much was because of convenience to the interstate and the fact that I could always find a vacant room available. Today, this hotel tried to implement an incidentals fee, for the first time in my history of staying there. Naturally I refused, and rude Rebecca working the front desk became hostile while pointing/ snapping her fingers at me after I asked for my card and identification back. I've never had problems paying a deposit to stay at other hotels before, such as Hiltons, Radisson, Hampton/Fairfield, but given the known history of this one over the years, I refuse to offer any personal cards. (I tend to use a company card) There's two nicer hotels across the street with nicer employees. Slightly less convenient due to my parking requirements, but probably worth the walk across the street. (Several coworkers have boasted of these two hotels to begin with) ....I should've listened years ago.
