Hands down the BEST refi we have ever gone through! Our last refi, through a bank, took months. We had little communication when we needed it. We didn't get that great of a rate and we were not able to get rid of our HELOC. We were reluctant to refi again so soon after our last one. We are sure glad that we did. It took only a few short weeks. John answered all of our questions promptly and made sure that we understood every option available to us. We also got a great rate, got rid of our HELOC, and put money in the bank! Friends and family who have followed our recommendation to go with John have also received superior service.
