Misty and I have known each other for years but to me she was just a friend, and Id see her posts occasionally but when she started posting educational content about the things she can do, and the ways she can help, I was hooked. In September of this year, my wife Doris and myself Garry Frazier commissioned Misty Thomas to help us refinance our condo. This condominium was only set up for conventional loans and conventional refinance loans. My wife and had previously tried other agencies, they could not find a way for us to get a VA refinance loan. Misty went dug deeper into the hang up between the HOA Association and the VA as to what was needed to allow us to get the VA refinancing. With all her intelligent hard work, Misty was able to make it possible to ge the VA and the HOA to allow us to refinance thru the VA. I highly recommend Misty Thomas with all your home and refinance loans.

Our financial situation was less than ideal. Misty and her team made it work anyway. I cannot possibly find the words to express how profoundly grateful I am to her for helping me get a home, especially considering our special circumstances. I will ALWAYS go to Misty and I've already referred friends to her. She's absolutely amazing.

Misty is excellent at her job. She truly knows the lending industry inside and out, and is always looking to extend her knowledge to better help her clients. As a real estate agent, I am beyond appreciative of her hard work and dedication to all of her clients. Whether they are actively home searching, or thinking about buying in the future and want to get an idea of what their payments would be. I am confident that she will give 100% to every transaction she is a part of.
