We are very happy and impressed with our experience with Lennar Mortgage. Our loan officer, Darci Fitzke, was supremely helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough during the process. She was also very patient us and timely with necessary information. We would definitely use Lennar Mortgage again and hopefully get to work with Darci.

Darci is so easy to work with. She is very responsive and very responsible. She works very hard and replies to my text messages and emails promptly. She truly has client's interest in her heart. The loan initiation was quick and easy thanks to Darci. We followed her recommendation to lock the rate right away, and it turns out that this is the right thing to do at that time. At the late stage of my mortgage application, the underwriter office had questions and concerns on our treasury direct bill. I called Darci and explained to her the situation. Darci stepped in and we were able to get through it. We are very grateful for Darci's help in our mortgage application, and we strongly recommend her to anyone without reservation.

We worked with Darci on our Loan application process. With us being first time homebuyers she made the process very easy for us. She was very communicative throughout the whole time and answered any questions we had. She was there guiding us along the way. Our our house buying process was very smooth because of Darci's customer service. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy a house.
