We have used their services for just over a year. I haven't had a lot of contact with the office but they have been very helpful when I have called. We've had a couple communication issues but nothing serious and one was my own error. So far they have been very friendly and our caregiver has been awesome. She treats my cognitively disabled family member very well.

Love working for the company. The office staff are amazing and The pay is a big perc along with the benefits that come with working 20 hours a week.

This company doesn't know how to communicate well at all. I qualify for caregiver hours. On January 23, 2020 I got an email from Sherrie Nelson asking what kind of schedule I was looking for. I emailed back the same day and let them know I didn't know hours to ask for. I gave a tentative schedule. I hadn't heard anything back by February 7th. I emailed back and asked if anyone was going to respond. Sherry responded and apologized. She sent an email but wasn't sure what happened. She said they were still looking for a caregiver for me. On February 25th the DSHS worker told me that "I followed up with the Chesterfield last week and it sounds like that while they have caregivers available, they dont have availability for the days and times you specifically requested." So, I emailed Sherry back to let her know that "If the hours I have listed aren't working for your caregivers, why don't you give me their availability and I'll see if I can make it work. I'm desperately in need of a caregiver and this lack of communication is really distressing for me." The DSHS worker emailed me today (2/26) to say that Chesterfield wont be able to serve me right now. I'm not sure why the company didn't have been communication with me. I highly suggest looking for another company that can communicate better and doesn't leave you hanging for so long just to turn around and not be able to help you. This is unprofessional behavior.
