I wish I could give zero stars. If you love your family and want them to live, please do not allow RN Danielle to take care of your loved one(s), she is the absolute worst. There is a special place in hell for a person like her!

I only have wonderful things to say about the care our dad got at the Hospice house, everyone was kind and caring, they made sure the family was ok as well being kind and compassionate while caring for dad. Thank you...

When my mother made the decision to move to hospice, I’m so glad this was the facility she chose. The staff provided her with professional, gracious care that, I think, made her passing much easier for her. From bringing her bed into the garden where she could visit with family and enjoy the outdoors, to managing her pain, and giving her scented baths, the staff consistently cared for my mother as though she were one of their own. Several of the nursing staff would stop by her room at end of shift simply to say goodbye for the day, because they said they really enjoyed visiting with her. As family, this really helped us. We knew she was valued, and to us that was everything. My mother was extremely independent even to the end, and the nursing staff allowed her the dignity and privacy she required to feel comfortable. Although we all miss my mother terribly we are thankful she was able to pass peacefully in a place where her needs and wants were paramount. Thank you.

The guilt our family felt kept us from having my Mom go to this hospice facility even though it was just across the street. My Mom was a fighter and felt a finality being moved here that she was very scared of. We struggled and were barely managing. My siblings and I tried but in the end my mother was so embarrassed and although it was our best it was a far cry from what she needed. Our hospice nurse Jocelyn, was so wonderful and stood by my Mom and family throughout her struggle. Jocelyn helped us when we made the decision to move her. Once she arrived, we had no idea what to expect. To my surprise these angels came, so delicately and respectfully, to clean and make my Mom comfortable. They restored her dignity they were so tender and compassionate. They talked to her like they loved her as we did. Nurse Toni spent time to find a way to get my Mom to relax her neck and and straighten her back…. It was the first time in months she looked comfortable. Toni and all the beautiful ladies allowed my family to not only be relieved of our previous guilt, but gave us such great relief knowing our mothers last moments here on earth were comfortable and she was cared for. From start where they called her “friend†to the end where they placed her name on one of the leaves on the wall, this place is first classâ¤ï¸ My hope is when it’s my time, if I need to go to a facility I will not be afraid. I hope I will be fortunate enough to have loving people like these ladies to care for me. Thank you allâ¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸ Cheryl Hinkle’s Family
