        I've gone to this Gental Dental for almost 10 years! Great staff and my Dental hygienist Iryna always is warm welcoming and professional. I have sever Dental anxiety and she always makes me feel more comfortable.

        I originally rated as 5 stars as I had a good first visit. I then scheduled a cleaning and an extraction of a wisdom tooth. I don't handle extractions well. So I took off the day of the procedure and the day after Friday. I get in the car to head to my 7:30 am appointment only for them to call because the Dr wasn't coming in. It is not easy to get two days off and now they want to reschedule for next week. I get it that emergencies come up. But it's very difficult and stressful for me to prepare for an extraction because they take so long to heal. Only to find out it's not happening at the last minute. Now I have to schedule more days off work. At this point I will likely contact my insurance to find a new dentist closer to home and so I can work on taking more time off work to get this procedure taken care of.
