Gentle Dental Salmon Creek

I had a filling fall out and my usual dentist was closed. Gentle Dental Salmon Creek got me in the same day. Dr. George was amazing! She put a new filling in and saved me from a weekend of pain. Dr. George is very caring and knowledgeable. I will be switching to Dr. George for my dental care from now on. You rock Dr. George!

I visited Gentle Dental in Sept 2020 (intake and cleaning), April 2021 (cleaning), and May 2021 (recommended ortho consult), and have had troubles from the beginning. I was not told that the intake with the Dr and the cleaning with the hygienist were separate appointments scheduled with different groups, so was signed up for a 2-hour timeslot without realizing in the middle of the work day. They did some juggling for me, but it was an unpleasant scramble on both ends. While the individuals I worked with were all very nice, I didn't feel listened to as an adult (I realize it's a family friendly practice, but the tone wasn't a good fit for me). My second apt had an insurance billing problem that I am STILL dealing with (it's now Nov 2021...), and I was charged for the third 'complimentary' visit that I've called billing twice and the office twice about, and it's still not fixed. Nice people, but my overall experiences have been quite unpleasant and I've changed practices.

I highly recommend Dr. George! She did amazing on my extractions also Dr. Anna that was by her side! You guys stuck with me through the whole thing I bet I was a pain! I appreciate everything you guys done for me! Thank you!
